| Useful logistic informations about Eurobot 2006 |
The most important informations about Eurobot 2006 have been collected in a single document. With this document you can book rooms in La Perla Ionica and tell us more information about your team.
Every team must take a look at this document and then compile and send by e-mail the attached form within 30/04/2006.

The full package reserved to foreign teams includes:
three night (with breakfasts, lunches e dinners) in apartment for 4-6 persons;
unrestricted use of swimming pool, beach, soccer/tennis playing field, etc...
This package, available only from 1 June to 4 July, will costs 145 Euro per person,
IF IT'S CONFIRMED UNTIL April 30th.
Extra nights will cost 50 Euro. The package starts from 1st June dinner and ends to 4th July breakfast.
Later of April 30th, fare increases of the 10 % and we couldn't guarantee availability.
Payment are due at team arrival in Catania and must be done cash in EURO.
Our organization will support up to 4 persons full board (meals and hotel) per team per day (max 3 days).
More details will be provided as soon as possible.
A logistic questionnaire will be sent to all of you soon. In this questionnaire you will have to provide us all the details of your staying in Catania.

For those who wish a higher standard or need a cheaper solution, the hotel offer of the city and its surroundings are at your disposal.
Reservations and payments are to be done by the interested part and we do not guarantee any transportation or booking support for all these location. A plentiful list of hotel and camping in the area of Catania and Acireale it is available and can be downloaded here. A map can be downloaded here.
Sunday 4 TH
Full day excursion. Departure in the morning to join Etna, till 2100 metres. In the afternoon visit of Taormina. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Monday 5 TH
Full day excursion to Syracuse, archeological area and Ortigia. with official guide (in English) Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Tuesday 6 TH
Half day visit of Caltagirone or departure day.

- Teams not belonging to UE must call their Italian Embassy in order to get a residence permit (VISA) for all the duration of Eurobot 2006.
On demand, the organization can provide to registered teams an invitation letter that shows team's partecipation to the competition. All these teams must urgently send here a list including name, surname and date of birth of all the
persons that will come to Catania. We need also your FAX number and/or your postal address were to send the letter and the FAX number of the Italian Embassy in your country, if they need also a copy of the letter.
- Teams regularly registered to Eurobot 2006 will accommodate in the congress center "La Perla Ionica" for all the duration of
the event.
This center includes hotel, feeding service and Congress Centres where will performed matches (Look at the bottom).
- You can easily get to "La Perla Ionica" by bus services, that will grant trasports from the airport to the hotel.
More information will be provided soon.
- Foreigners teams are expected to arrive in Catania 1/6/2006 in the afternoon; they have to leave La Perla Ionica 4/6/2006 in the morning. Extra night have to be booked separately
